Plan Review
Requirements: Please see the forms below from the Wyoming State Fire Marshal’s office. If the submittals don’t have all the required information, a review cannot be completed and a resubmittal will be required.

Fire Inspection
Scheduling: For inspection scheduling, we need at least 48 hours in advance. If scheduling allows, we will be flexible. Please dial our main line at 307-682-5319 and ask to schedule an inspection.
Request: Inspection types include Mobile Food Prep Vehicle, Respite Care, Child Care License, Solid Fuel (fireplace), Life Safety Survey (annual business), Construction (sprinkler rough in, sprinkler hydro, fire alarm acceptance, commercial hood acceptance, commercial hood suppression system acceptance, Knox box mounting/key, and Preplan/Informational).
Fire Permits
Permit types: Hotwork Program/Welding, Open Burning, Fireworks Sale & Use, Hazardous Materials, LP Gas, Open Flames/Candles in Assembly, Pyrotechnic/Special Effects, Temporary Event Structures (Tents larger than 400 square feet), and Special Event (Outdoor Assemblies)
Investigation
Investigations occur immediately following a fire. Per state statute, CCFD doesn’t have jurisdiction on mine sites or Oil/Gas sites. Industrial investigations are by invitation and are subject to scheduling availability.
