“D Shift also mans Station One from 0800-1600 on Monday thru Friday. Volunteers assist in providing coverage for the career shifts and are encouraged to ride on duty shifts with the career staff. Each of the other nine stations are covered by volunteer staff. The volunteer stations are not manned, but volunteers bring apparatus and equipment from these stations during emergencies.”
